Art became a bridge for connection, self-expression, and inclusion as the Landlord Representation Department of Colliers Philippines successfully mounted its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, “Beyond Limits: An Art Journey,” on May 28–29, 2026, at The Podium West Tower in Ortigas, Pasig City.
Held in partnership with Best Buddies Philippines, Vico’s Artism Gallery, and Missionary Families of Christ (MFC) Singles, and with the support of UP SUPER, Founder’s Donuts, and Mysip Juice, the two-day initiative brought together neurodivergent individuals, volunteers, artists, and guests in a celebration of creativity without boundaries.

The first day transformed the venue into a vibrant and welcoming creative space where participants freely expressed themselves through painting and interactive art activities. With the help of Mr. Ryan Maagma, an art therapist, our artists felt empowered to create pieces based on their own interpretations. More than just a workshop, the experience fostered confidence, meaningful conversations, and genuine human connection among participants and volunteers alike.
On the second day, the venue was turned into an inspiring art exhibit featuring the participants’ works, with each piece reflecting creativity and individuality. After the ribbon-cutting ceremony, which commenced the opening of the gallery, guests were allowed to view and purchase the artworks, turning the exhibit into not only a celebration of artistic expression, but also a meaningful effort to support future inclusive and community-driven initiatives.

Through “Beyond Limits: An Art Journey,” Colliers Philippines and its partners highlighted the power of art to go beyond limitations, spark empathy, and create spaces where every individual feels seen, valued, and celebrated.
The success of the initiative reflects a shared commitment among organizers, partners, and supporters to continue building communities that embrace diversity and empower individuals through creativity.

Colliers Philippines extends its heartfelt gratitude to all participants, volunteers, partners, and guests who made the event a meaningful and inspiring celebration of inclusion through art.
